**Responsibilities**:
1. Payment Settlement Operations:

- Oversee and manage daily payment settlement and clearing transactions.
- Ensure all payment settlement documents are accurately filed, recorded, and sent to secure storage (e.g., CISCO) for safekeeping.
- Process refunds and resolve disputes arising from merchants promptly and effectively.

2. Billing and Account Receivables:

- Supervise the preparation of invoices and billing information for accounts receivable.
Manage auto-billing processes, including GIRO, standing instructions, outgoing messages, confirmations, and payments.

3. Transaction Reporting:

- Update and maintain daily transactions in the control cash projection report.
- Ensure outstanding (live) and matured deals are filed and reported in their respective designated records.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly transaction fee billing reports.
- Compile and submit MAS S$ weekly transactions report (MAS 755) to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in a timely manner.

4. Account Management and Customer Support:

- Oversee the process of account opening and creation, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Support Internet Banking customers with account management queries and resolution.

5. Compliance and Efficiency:

- Implement and ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and reporting requirements.
- Optimize processes to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership in finance operations, including remittance transaction processing.

6. Team Leadership and Reporting:

- Lead and mentor a team to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and meet business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in payment settlement operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the banking or payment industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processing methods, including Diners, Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets, IPP, BNPL, and other payment ecosystems.
- Solid knowledge of financial operations, remittance transaction processing, and accounting entry.
- Experience in AML checks, compliance, and reporting processes.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and perform with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in financial reporting and analysis, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
- A fast learner with excellent problem-solving abilities and a team player mindset.
