The explosion of data tied to the ubiquity of digital technologies and services available to consumers is changing the expectations of senior leaders, employees, customers, and patients. To address this challenge, IT has established a three-hub model in Singapore, Branchburg, NJ and Prague, CZ to provide a follow-the-sun operational model leveraging networked teams that can better support the business, and our mission to improving patients’ lives, utilizing an agile mindset, and resulting in cross-regional work across the hubs.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as SME and trusted advisor for cloud collaboration services within JCAP region.
- Work alongside collaboration services team members to help define the future direction of our Company collaboration services.
- Tracking of roadmap items for collaboration platforms including MS Teams, Webex and Zoom.
- Testing of new features in beta programs.
- Maintain systems and documentation as needed for audits and compliance.
- Be part of the On-Call collaboration services rotation.
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Planning, documenting, and implementing new features within cloud environments.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:
**Education Minimum Requirement**:
BSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- At least 3 years in a collaboration space role including meeting and event support.
- Experience with video collaboration services and technologies from vendors such as: Microsoft, Cisco, Poly, WebEx, Zoom, etc.
- Experience in MS Teams deployment, transition, and underlying architecture.
- Proven technical experience within multi-vendor conferencing environments including Teams, WebEx, Zoom, and other cloud and vendor technologies.
- Able to work independently, while at the same time demonstrating a collaborative and teamwork style.
- Ability to conduct short-and long-term planning to meet current and future collaborative requirements.
- Ability to work with a wide array of stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, technical staff and end users and effectively articulate and present ideas.
- Great interpersonal skills and passion to build relationships within and across teams. A positive team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot a problem and manage connections between TAC and end customer
- Strong infrastructure implementation and project deployment experience.
- Understanding of network infrastructure running VoIP, QoS, SIP, H323, video conferencing and video streaming.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in the development of roadmaps for video collaboration and audio visual.
- Experience with IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow.
