Cialfo is a fast-growing Edu-Tech company looking for a Global Head of Communications to be responsible for strategic internal communications and external public awareness. This role will be a crucial part of the senior leadership team and key to supporting the growth of the organization globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the overall public relations and brand for the organization.
- Manage strategy relating to public awareness, media outreach, online and print communications, corporate website, social media channels, publications and outreach events and activities.
- Own and provide leadership, direction to global external and internal communications strategy.
- Work with internal stakeholders to drive employee engagement communications.
- Partner with senior management teams globally to develop cohesive integrated communications strategy that promotes and protects the brand and enhances its visibility.
- Lead media outreach and public relations.
- Identify and strengthen effective communications methods and vehicles to close gaps in messaging and broaden message delivery to new and existing clientele globally.

**Requirements**:

- 15 years in internal and external communications roles with strong management experience.
- Strong media contacts.
- Global mindset and experience working across geographies.
- Degree holder.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
