**Tim Gan Math Learning Centre** is a trusted Math enrichment provider in Singapore, known for our structured curriculum, effective teaching, and commitment to student success. The centre offers a range of services to meet diverse learning needs, including **book publications**, **tuition services**, and **online courses**. We are hiring a capable and committed **Administrative Manager** to support the smooth functioning of our operations, coordinate communication across multiple stakeholders, and manage product and enrolment-related sales.

This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, service-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic educational environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operations & Administration**
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth lesson delivery and centre functioning
- Coordinate lesson schedules, room usage, tutor-student arrangements, and part-timer shifts
- Maintain documentation such as contracts, student records, and attendance logs
- Support printing, logistics, inventory, and general centre upkeep

**Stakeholder Coordination & Communication**
- Act as a key liaison between tutors, part-timers, students, parents, vendors, landlords, and external partners
- Facilitate timely communication and follow-ups across all parties involved
- Address and resolve minor issues promptly; escalate matters when needed

**Customer Relations & Front-of-House**
- Assist new students and families with onboarding, payment, and scheduling
- Build strong, lasting rapport with clients through excellent service and care

**Marketing, Leads & Sales Support**
- Track enquiries and follow up using internal lead management systems (CRM)
- Assist with promotions, basic updates to content, and campaign coordination

**Product Sales Management**
- Oversee the sale and stock of in-house published books across in-person and online platforms (e.g. Shopee, website)
- Coordinate order processing, packaging, deliveries, and inventory checks
- Ensure accurate tracking of sales and stock levels

**Work Schedule**
- 5-day work week: Both Saturdays and Sundays are required, plus three weekdays
- Workdays are structured around operational needs, with off-days typically on weekdays

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and basic digital tools (e.g. WhatsApp Business, Canva, Shopee)
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to resolve issues independently
- Adaptable, resourceful, and committed to high-quality execution
