Another aspect of your role is to ensure that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules and you will professionally deal with customers inquiries in a timely manner.

- Customer service experience in money transfer operations
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in cash management
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and other languages preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
