Minimum qualifications: - 15 years of sales experience in technology, advertising or media agency and/or internet experience growing a market. - 5 years of experience in coaching and mentoring in a sales context. - Experience devising plans to develop and maintain client relationships and accounts. - Experience leading a Sales team, including coaching, mentoring and team development. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with influencing senior clients and agency executives. - Understanding of the industry's issues and Google's direction within the marketplace. - Ability to develop actionable insights to capture opportunities. - Ability to help teams understand performance data, identify opportunities, land, and scale success. - Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, and presentation skills. **About the job**: Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. In this role, you will have active involvement with the highest profile agency clients and partners at C-suite level. You will strengthen long-term commercial growth partnerships, and own overall go-to-market for the broader partner ecosystem to effectively identify and nurture emerging high potential agency partners and expand Google Customer solutions (GCS) third-party coverage across Southeast Asia. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses. **Responsibilities**: - Strategically define the future of the regional agency's eco-system that drives the market's growth both in existing and untapped opportunities from Google. - Oversee a large, complex, and ambiguous business. Help develop necessary infrastructure and processes of future planning. - Collaborate effectively cross functionally with the country head and in-country Large Customer Solutions agency leads to align the global GCS Sales priorities. Initiate and run strategic initiatives to further develop new and existing agency businesses. - Lead teams to drive enablement and product adoption at agency level. Drive transformational sales deals with end advertisers. - Be responsible for and strengthen agency relations through C-level meetings and speaking engagements. Deliver business growth, engagement, and client satisfaction targets for a portfolio of GCS managed agencies in your assigned market.
