**In this Role, you’ll get to**
- Act as a financial partner to post-investment companies, providing solutions to business needs and driving implementation.
- Support accounting system setup, prepare consolidated reports, and streamline financial processes.
- Build and improve financial information systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of data.
- Conduct financial and operational analyses of business performance, projects, and resource use, offering insights to guide decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize resource allocation.
- Handle other finance-related assignments in collaboration with post-investment companies.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related business fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, experience in the internet or e-commerce industries will be advantageous.
- Strong financial analysis skills and comprehensive accounting experience, with experience in handling large data sets.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools is advantageous
- Familiarity with ERP systems
