**Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM | $2,800 - $3,500 month excl variable bonuses**

**Events & Marketing Executive**
- **Descriptions**:_
- Actively identify marketing and promotion opportunities.
- Responsible for the delivery and evolution of the marketing strategy
- Deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget and within agreed sustainability
- Develop a network of appropriate contacts within the media
- Manage all aspects of production, receipt, and distribution of marketing material
- Grow brand presence to our Company’s target audience
- To drive growth in advertising avenues in our publications for all marketing campaign
- Help develop our events from planning, proposal, and execution:
Understand the purpose of the events

Set, communicate, and maintain project timelines and priorities

Develop contacts to secure appropriate and good-value venues to hold the
events

Liaise with external suppliers including venues, caterers, speakers etc:

- **Essential Skills & Requirements**:_
- Diploma and above or whichever is higher
- Knowledge in SEO & SEM will be a plus point
- Creative, innovative, and always think outside the box (Who knows the current trend)
- Confident with a dynamic personality
- Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including event planning, attendance, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to engage and build effective relationships with vendors and media agencies
- Photo and video editing, etc: Canva

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
