- We are seeking a Workflow Developer who will implement business processes to improve operational efficiency, employee engagement and the customer experience.

As a Workflow Developer, you will be actively involved in reviewing and implementing workflows and should have excellent UX and UI skills and customer service activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work-Flow Development: _
- Configure and develop end-to-end workflow processes on workflow platforms such as NetSuite and Cognito Forms
- Be responsible for the quality of deliverables and follow standards / best practices
- Participate in the testing process through code review and functional testing
- Create and manage reports, visualisations, and dashboards on the workflow platform
- Identify performance improvements in existing functionality and recommend enhancements
- Customer Service: _
- Manage leads that comes in via the company online booking platforms
- Process customer bookings, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Conversion of online leads to contracts in both NetSuite and Cognito Forms

**Requirements**: **Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in IT or related fields ** At least 2 years’ working experience in workflow development and UI/ UX design

- Experience with programming languages such as PL/SQL coding, Java scripting & basic java knowledge, DOT net
- Good understanding of software design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience in working with Netsuite and/or Cognito Forms desired
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- Interest in web & mobile technologies
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experienced in front-line customer service
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent in conversing with customers (particularly on the phone), call centre experience would be an advantage
- Available to work on weekends, night shift, and public holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,200.00 per month
