Maintain filing of all administrative matters
- Maintain and ensure administrative records are up to date and accurate
- Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation within and among departments
- Ensure and maintains quality standards by enforcing organisation protocols
- Ensure equipment are operational by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Create and revise systems and procedures by analysing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and personnel requirements; and from there, implementing change
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by training and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
- Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures
- Keep up to date with GMPs
- All other duties assigned as deemed necessary for the warehouse operations
