This is an opportunity to join a Private Equity firm fully dedicated to socially responsible investments.
The business has recently added some key assets to their portfolio and is looking for a CFO well-versed in PE investment cycle and portfolio management concepts. The CFO will support multiple areas including the Fund Finance and operation, investment decisions as well as the portfolio companies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the Private Equity fund finance and operations
- Review and oversight on fund accounting, capital account, fund performance calculation, management fee and incentive fee calculations etc
- Review Valuation from the investment team
- Deliver forecast of Funds performance and cash flow
- Manage and oversee the external vendors such as fund administrators, auditors etc
- Drive the annual valuation, audit, and tax reporting processes.
- Prepare and manage financial statements, financial data from portfolio companies
- Ensure investor reports are prepared properly
- Support the investment team providing key financial inputs
- Relationship with the regulators
**Requirements**:
- 15 years of fund accounting and finance experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity industry
- Experience in working in fund management buyside is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other accounting qualification
- Strong accounting and finance technical background with business acumen
- Strategic, motivated, detailed-oriented
- Good communication and presentation skills
