Handle Full Set of Account eg: Involve in revenue billing & analysis, full set of Profit & Loss statement, cost and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Handle AR function
- Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances.
- Coordinate annual audit of the Company with external auditors.
- Provide information to tax agent for tax filling of annual returns and tax enquiries.
- Book-keeping of accounting record and transactions.
- Prepare quarterly GST reports and GST-related matters
- Maintain and reimbursement of petty cash.
- Provide backup customer services function
- Ad hoc duties assigned by ManagerMain Duties & Responsibilities:
Received customer payments to appropriate accounting accounts
Collect payments for outstanding account
Resolve outstanding invoices and reconcile account statements
Provide Debtor Aging every month end
Perform timely bank account reconciliations for all restricted cash accounts
Prepare monthly financial & management report
