Monthly salary: S$2,500 - S$2,900
**Roles and responsibilities**:
The role includes job scheduling for operations personnel, ensuring timely task completion, managing customer communications and paperwork, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with customers on job logistics, overseeing installation teams' logistics, and addressing customer service calls.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to monitor progress
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing teams
