Svp, Technology Business Partner

Our client is a Global Financial Institution and are seeking a resourceful and detailed oriented professional to join the technology team.
**Responsibilities**:
This role is the primary technology interface with senior business leaders and is responsible for ensuring strong alignment between business strategy and technology priorities **,**driving proactive engagement across the technology portfolio and shaping the business technology roadmap.
**Strategic Technology Partnering**
- Serve as the single point of contact for the Wealth and Retail Banking business units on all technology matters.
- Drive regular and structured engagement to review project pipeline, SLA performance, tech risk posture, and IT spending.
**Business-Technology Alignment**
- Translate business strategy into clear technology priorities, investment needs, and innovation opportunities.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure that solutions, platforms, and capabilities support near
- and long-term business objectives.
**Technology Planning, Solutioning & Investments**
- Partner with product owners, architects, delivery teams to shape innovative, value-driven technology solutions—including MVPs, and digital platforms.
- Lead the preparation of business cases, investment proposals, and benefits realization plans.
- Influence prioritization and funding decisions through strategic advisory and portfolio oversight.
**Technology Architecture & Roadmap**
- Co-develop technology blueprints and capability roadmaps for Wealth and Retail Banking domains.
- Ensure architecture supports agility, integration, compliance, and future growth.
- Advocate for modernization, reuse, and cross-leveraging of enterprise platforms.
**Innovation & Emerging Technology**
- Stay abreast of industry trends, digital innovations, and emerging technologies relevant to the business domain.Act as a catalyst for digital experimentation and new capability exploration.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred with 15+ years of experience in IT business partnership, digital transformation or business analysis roles.
- Deep domain expertise in Retail Banking and/or Wealth Management with strong understanding of product, customer, and operational dynamics.
- Skilled in investment planning, business case development and solution evaluation.
- Strong understanding of core banking, digital banking, CRM, data/AI, and customer experience technologies.Preferably has experience working with C-suite in a similar role.
