**What the role is**

The ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute is a leading research centre dedicated to the study of socio-political, security and economic trends and developments in Southeast Asia and its wider geostrategic and economic development.
Applications are invited for:
Senior Executive, IT Infrastructure (2-Year Contract)
The key role of Senior Executive, IT Infrastructure is developing plans and providing support to meet the operational needs of the entire Institute’s in terms of IT backend infrastructure, end-user computing, and IT assets, while ensuring compliance with government regulations and keeping within limited resources of the Institute.

**What you will be working on**

Responsbilities:

- Provide administration and technical support for the smooth running of all ICT systems and network, including hardware, operating systems, databases, middleware, remote access, and security controls.
- Fulfil IT service requests and provide technical assistance to end-users: including account creation, troubleshooting, and removal of virus/malware.
- Ensure compliance with ISEAS’ IT standards and policies, including security patches, software updates, and access controls.
- Perform the role of SIRO (Security Incident Response Officer) in managing IT incidents, including isolation, resolution, escalation of recurring issues, and vendor coordination.
- Perform the role of Fixed Asset Officer for IT Division.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Manager, IT Infrastructure.

**What we are looking for**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good written and communication skills
