In this role, the Logistics Operations Specialist will be part of a vibrant LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics Singapore Logistics Team who is responsible for the success of the downstream supply chain. In this role, she/he will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in the on-the-ground operations critical to order fulfilment and be given the responsibility to tackle dynamic warehouse issues that would elevate critical and creative thinking.

Internally, the Logistics Operations Specialist works closely with HQ, Marketing, Supply Planners, Customer Service, e-Commerce Operations, Inventory and Logistics teams to consolidate information, coordinate and align actions, challenge the different parties, and raise alerts whenever necessary. She/He reports to the Logistic Assistant Manager.

**Main Responsibilities**

**E-Commerce Operations**
- Communication bridge between HQ/Brands and Operations team to ensure all requirements from Brands are met in actual operation.
- Urgency and accountability when solving critical issues relating to e-commerce order fulfillment or customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a healthy stock level for all packaging materials by reviewing and giving the green light for weekly replenishment, ordering new stocks if needed, and coordinating with Supply Planners or Brands on the incoming stock date.
- Organize monthly updates from Brands and communicate to the Operations team in a timely, precise, accurate, and concise manner.
- Subject matter expert for engraving to ensure HQ, Brands, and Operations are aligned.
- With an understanding of the end-to-end process for e-commerce orders, tackle requests or improvements with critical, creative thinking, ensuring esteemed brand image, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

**Purchasing**
- Understanding procurement flow: RFQ, quotation comparison, negotiation, PO, DO, and Invoice.
- Understanding of payment terms and Inco terms.
- Issue PO for purchases initiated by Brands or e-commerce packaging materials.
- Coordinate closely with Brands, Suppliers, the Singapore shipping team, and Operations on the ordering and shipment of all PO items.

**Warehouse Stock Segregation**
- Evaluate the feasibility of requests and execute those requests by giving clear instructions to all stakeholders involved.
- Maintain all resources related to Warehouse Stock Segregation and ensure all files are up-to-date with accurate information.
- With an in-depth understanding of the Warehouse Stock Segregation methodology, provide suggestions to stakeholders when they have inquiries on order fulfillment.
- Continuously improve resources and working files based on users’ feedback.

**Warehouse Scorecard and Display**
- Ensure timely communication of the latest slides for the Safety Notice Board to the Warehouse Executive.
- Update M-1 warehouse KPIs in the scorecard file before the monthly meetings.

**Projects**
- Initiate and lead projects that increase capacity and productivity, decrease cost, and/or improve quality.
- Provide timely project progress updates to key stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Actively search for and suggest solutions that are sound and has a reasonable ROI.
