**NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health)** is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on more than four decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest senior day care, nursing home and home personal care providers in Singapore. It also offers other services for seniors such as an active ageing hub, senior activity centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered / senior group home. In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic.
DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager/Manager, Corporate Development
RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Health is one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore. We want to make a difference in our community by continuously exploring and expanding our services. We are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals for our Corporate Development team.
In this role, you will assist the Assistant Director in corporate planning and development activities and provide operational support for pilot/incubation projects. You will be successful in this role if you are collaborative, results-driven, agile and comfortable with changes. You should also have an interest in research and driving meaningful insights to drive strategic decisions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support NTUC Health’s strategic planning activities, which include conducting regular research on the healthcare and eldercare market landscape, anticipating trends and identifying potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business Units and corporate divisions to prepare site tender proposals that highlight NTUC Health’s unique value propositions.
- Play a key role in the collation of key performance indicators for reporting to NTUC Health’s board and management, NTUC HQ and sponsors. This will require good communication and analytical skills to effectively work with all divisions, the writing of reports, and the preparation of presentation slides.
- Promote NTUC Health’s services to partners through the organisation of partnership events, making presentations on services and initiatives, taking notes of discussions and ensuring follow-up on action points. A good understanding of the healthcare and community care landscape will be beneficial for this role.
- Develop and test new or expanded services in close partnership with business units. This may include leading ongoing improvements to the client experience and ensuring client satisfaction by being part of the ground operations team in performing customer service-related tasks
Support projects/ business units on client recruitment and client management activities that may happen after office hours and on weekends when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in a business or communications-related discipline
- At least 5 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in corporate support roles
- Experience working in a demanding environment with highly motivated and driven professionals
- Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and pays attention to details
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Google Suite Applications
OTHER INFORMATION
- Prior experience working healthcare setting will be an advantage
- Some research experience will be useful
