The Image Sensor Solutions business aims to become the uncontested leader in optical imaging solutions extending human vision. ISS products are mainly produced in Austria and Singapore.
Your new responsibilities
- Develop test concepts, methodology and equipment for new optoelectronics products through various product development phases.
- Lead test development for new optoelectronics products from project initiation to mass production transfer, working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop and implement new test concepts, methodology, programs and test equipment for new optoelectronics products
- Formulate testing methods, develop analytical tools for test data analysis and implement sound engineering solution
- Define requirements and specifications for new test equipment, drive vendors to ensure delivery on time and on quality
- Carry out activities to optimize test hardware / processes, debug test program to improve yield and reduce cost
- Manage test development projects, plan test strategy and prepare resources to support engineering, reliability and mass production test
What we look for
- Degree/Master/PhD in Electronics / Electrical / Optical / Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor testing / manufacturing
- Experience working with machine vision/test equipment for semiconductor device testing or characterization.
- Experience with basic test and measurement equipment (current drivers, oscilloscopes, spectrometers, cameras etc.)
- Knowledge or experience with of optical testing/ acoustic testing/wafer prober will be an added advantage
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to understand or develop software tools and algorithms for data and image processing
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
