This role is based in Singapore where you’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with our teams who sit in Singapore and different countries around the world.

**About the role**

Directly reporting to the Founder and CEO, they are looking to hire a COO to be based in the Singapore office. You will be responsible for Operations' development, implementation and management, ensuring operational excellence across the organization - increasing the company’s productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational Strategy: Set up performance management systems inc goal setting and C&B structures. Drive cadence of operating against these goals, i.e. check-ins, dashboards, issue discussion, daily stand ups
- Process Optimization: Ensuring the Sprint process is properly adopted and maximized by the product and operations teams. Deploy framework for prioritizing features / problems to be tackled, enabling teams and decision makers to prioritize quickly based on urgent vs importance mental matrix
- Team Management: Continue evolving the organizational structure to ensure clarity of people's roles. Develop training, and all learning and development aspects
- Vendor Relationships: Lead team to manage vendor relationships and contracts, mainly around software services/subscriptions, and outsourced services like accounting, payroll and recruitment
- Financial Controls: Ensure timely reports of financials; setup and enforce expense policies; expand and enforce people policies that have a financial impact; issues invoices on time & collect on time
- Risk Management: Build and deploy security and compliance policies, related to IT assets and processes; monitor and ensure compliance against any relevant regulatory requirements

Key requirements:

- Graduate or postgraduate qualification (e.g. CFA, Masters, CA, MBA, CPA etc) with +5 years of senior leadership experience in operations, finance or consulting
