Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Responsibilities**: Responsible for day-to-day loan operations activities (bilateral/ syndication), ensuring timely, accurate and reliable processing of loan disbursements, rate-fixing, rollovers and collection of principal repayment, interest and fees - in accordance with the Procedures, agreed Service Level Agreement with internal or external clients. - Process and effect accounting entries for Payments/ SWIFT/GL transactions - Reconciliation and investigations of loan transaction/ nostro accounts Daily Operations in accordance with MAS regulations, Bank Policies and Unit Procedure Customer - Work in partnership with Relationship Managers and Product Offices to execute requests specifically for loan. Work in partnership with Branch Credit on credit limit or transaction issues. - Work in partnership with colleagues in Head Office on operating procedures or system enhancement. - Support and coordinate with team to respond in a timely matter to auditors and regulators. People Strong cooperation with team members on daily operations and adhere to all company policies / guidelines. Others/ Controls - Provide input into operation processes and workflows to deliver best practice, efficiency and mitigate risk. - Input/ approve daily loan transactions in accordance to bank's policies and guidelines. - Prepare and generate periodic report including but not limited to financial, exceptional handling, and loan overdue report. - Participate in relevant project undertake by the department. - Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations. **Job Requirements**: - Degree in the relevant field - 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Coporate Loan Operations/Credit Administration - Fresh banking & finance graduates with a keen interest in developing a career in banking operations are welcome to apply - Experience in operation to support transaction, loan processing - Strong communication and presentation skills - A self-starter and problem solver with initiative and a strong drive to achieve quality work '‹ _We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified. _ MUFG Bank Ltd & MUFG Securities Asia Limited (collectively referred to as "MUFG") is an equal opportunity employer.
