**Role Overview**:
As we expand into stablecoin products, our goal is to create a platform that enhances cross-border payments, accessible finance, and digital asset integration in Web3.

As the Crypto Payment Product Manager, you will lead the development of stablecoin payment products that facilitate seamless interactions between fiat and crypto currencies. This role is pivotal in aligning our payment products with industry standards and customer needs, ensuring usability, compliance, and scalability.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development**:Lead the design, development, and rollout of stablecoin-based payment products with a seamless user experience and robust feature set, focusing on fiat-to-stablecoin and stablecoin-to-stablecoin transactions.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct in-depth research on payment solutions in Web3 and traditional markets to identify opportunities and refine our product offerings.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Work closely with engineering, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and alignment with regulatory requirements.
- **User Feedback & Improvement**:Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product iterations and enhancements, focusing on usability, security, and regulatory compliance.
- **Data-driven Strategy**:Define and track key product metrics, leveraging data insights to make informed decisions on product roadmap and prioritization.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**:5+ years in product management, ideally with a focus on fiat products in crypto exchanges or payment industry experience with an interest in Web3.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Deep understanding of stablecoin products, digital wallets, fiat-to-crypto conversion, and cross-border payments.
- **Technical Understanding**:Familiarity with blockchain technology, specifically around stablecoin integrations, Web3 protocols, and digital asset security.
- **Analytical Skills**:Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying user needs, and translating these into actionable product requirements.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
