NTT DATA Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Lead for a 12-month contract role.
This position offers the opportunity to deliver enterprise-scale SPM solutions within a dynamic and high-impact environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of SPM with other ServiceNow modules and enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for SPM aligned to organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards.

**Requirements**:
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 5 years leading SPM implementations and 4 successful deployments.
- ServiceNow Certifications:
Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM (CIS-SPM)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Strong technical expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
