As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Leasing for our suburban malls. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our properties by maximizing occupancy rates, attracting high-quality tenants, and maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants. You will lead a team of leasing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the achievement of leasing targets and the overall success of the department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy rates and maximize rental revenue for our suburban malls.
- Identify and attract a diverse range of high-quality tenants, including retail stores, restaurants, entertainment venues, and service providers.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and local market dynamics to identify new leasing opportunities.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and other contractual agreements with potential tenants, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, property management, and finance to support leasing initiatives and ensure seamless operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of leasing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their performance and achieve departmental goals.
- Prepare and present regular leasing reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices pertaining to leasing activities in Singapore.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Possesses a CEA License, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in leasing management, preferably in the retail or commercial real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore real estate market, particularly in suburban areas, and a deep understanding of leasing practices and strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and secure high-quality tenants, negotiate leases, and drive occupancy rates in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a team to achieve leasing targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving leasing targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in relevant leasing software and tools.
