Position Summary

The Macallan Boutique Executive will ensure all clients are warmly welcomed and attended to. You will deliver exceptional customer service that meets the expectations of our guests and to inspire lifelong enthusiastic brand advocacy of The Macallan. You will engage and deliver experiences that communicate The Macallan brand to all clients. You will render a memorable experience, creating the ultimate customer satisfaction; an experience to be enjoyed by anyone who visits The Macallan Boutique.
Job Description

**Key responsibilities**:
**Boutique**
- To warmly welcome all clients with passion and exceptional customer service and inspire all clients to become enthusiastic ambassadors of The Macallan.
- Passionately communicate The Macallan heritage and brand values to our clients.
- Keep up to date on daily business needs by attending all briefs, referring to the daily communication, notice boards and rosters.
- To retain up-to-date stock knowledge for pricing, product function and storytelling.
- A vigilant sense of awareness for inventory movements and safety.
- Good working knowledge of health and safety in a retail environment, including clean and tidy retail areas, access and egress.
- To accurately perform transactions, perform timely administrative duties (reports and trackers).

**Private Dining Offering**
- Manage/respond to private dining queries and reservation requests.
- Coordinate with various restaurants/stakeholders of Raffles Hotel Singapore to secure dining reservations and dietary requirements of our clients.
- Support and facilitate private lunch/dinner, extending exceptional hospitality to delight our clients.

**Client Centricity**
- Maintain impeccable standards of grooming and appearance, in line with the grooming and appearance guidelines of The Macallan.
- Ensure that the experience of all clients is entirely in line with The Macallan brand’s expectations.
Skills and Experience
Experienced Guest Experience Host within the retail, hospitality, or tourism sector. Meticulous in detail to ensure that the experience of the visitor is delivered to the highest standards as expected of a 5-star luxury destination.
- Robust storytelling skills.
- Effective use of appropriate packaging and ‘point of sale’ material.
- Strong sales or retail experience
- Attention to detail, flexible, and adopts ‘can do’ approach to tasks and work activity.
- Appropriate knowledge of basic consumer law in a retail environment.
