As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** - Grow the existing STG Strategy Consulting practice in the Asia based out of Singapore. - Engaging with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities and develop potential solutions. - Overseeing and delivering multiple projects within agreed timeframes and to budget - Developing deep and sustainable relationships with C-Suite executives and other critical team members - Quickly and efficiently leveraging an extensive global network of Aon STG colleagues, best practices, and assets to generate compelling insights, analytics, and strategic solutions. - Actively contributing to building high performing teams across the Asia region, fostering a culture of development, and learning to nurture talent. - Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members in key consulting tools, methodologies, and best practices. - Assist in hiring ad managing colleagues and supporting successful development of their careers. - Contributing to STG brand development through industry relationship building, thought leadership, whitepapers, conferences, and presentations. **How this opportunity is different** Strategy Consulting for Aon is an established and growing practice for Asia and is centered on Singapore. This role is critical to continuing this high quality and rapid growth.
