This role is responsible for providing SAP technical expertise to support the on going maintenance of the SAP IBS Global Template to KPMG member firms within the Asia-Pacific region.

Incumbents will be responsible for the technical assessment, development, testing and user support for the maintenance of the IBS template within the CRM, Sales and Distribution process areas to Asia-Pacific regional Member Firms.

All aspects must be backed by solid communication and documentation skills together with strong SAP knowledge and experience preferably within a Professional Services environment.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**
- **Responsible for the completion of the regional development requirements as part of the SAP IBS template maintenance within Asia-Pacific.**:

- **Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of technical documentations to support the maintenance of the SAP IBS template.**:

- **Participate in workshops and other sessions and co-lead on technical aspects of processes.**:

- **Support regional and local data management Lead/Team members to plan, prioritize and execute data management tasks/activities/deliverables as required.**:

- **Support the regional testing effort, ensuring that defects are prioritized and actioned correctly and test scripts produced adequately test all business scenarios represented in the template.**:

- **Support and guide member firm local user acceptance testing in relation to the on-going business process changes**

**Qualifications, skills and experience**
- **Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in corporate environment, ideally in a global setting in a technology and/or a professional services environment.**:

- **Minimum 2 to 3 years SAP process and hands-on expertise in ABAP and WebDynpro is required for this role. Knowledge of Fiori/UI5, WebUI and S4 Hana will be preferable.**:

- **Minimum two end to end SAP project implementation life cycles, preferably rolling out regional or global templates.**:

- **Experience using communication tools like Microsoft Office which are utilized extensively in the region working as part of a virtual team.**:

- **Pragmatic attitude and flexible to changing priorities and demands**:

- **Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.**

**Reporting lines**
- **This role reports into the Lead of the CRM process area.**

**Working Relationships**
- **The Regional Business Solution and Development Lead, who has primary ownership of the IBS template solution for the Asia-Pacific region, this role will work closely with this individual to ensure that the functional requirements for member firms are delivered with good quality.**:

- **The Regional Business Solution Team members, who will document the functional requirements and work with this individual to deliver them.**:

- **The Regional PMO, to ensure that timelines and specific deliverables are clearly understood and adhered to.**:

- **The Regional Application Support team, to ensure proper change control documentations are followed and conveyed.**

**Location: ASPAC Region**

**Travel: As required within the Asia-Pacific region.
