Singapore KAROOOOO MANAGEMENT COMPANY PTE. LTD. Full time

**Manage day-to-day receipts and payment activities in a timely and efficient manner as well as to provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the finance function.**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Account receivables (AR)**
- Process monthly invoices including manual invoices where necessary
- Handle customers’ inquiry relating to invoicing and billings
- Check daily cash collection and reconcile to bank receipts and prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare daily cash collection report and send to management
- Prepare Account Receivables reconciliation and refund
- Assist in Account Receivables master file maintenance
- Perform customers balance and aging review on a monthly basis

**Account payables (AP)**
- Ensure vendors’ invoices are checked appropriately with the supporting documents and recorded into system accurately and timely as well as compliance to three way match
- Ensure Statement of Accounts are received from vendors and monthly reconciliation are performed to identify irregularities.
- Prepare and process payments on a timely basis
- Obtain supporting documents and record corporate credit card expenses to the appropriate GL
- Prepare accounts payables report on a monthly basis
- Perform vendor review, vendor balance and aging review on a monthly basis
- Assist in Account Payables master file maintenance

**Others**
- Assist to prepare documents and answer queries required by auditors and management
- Assist in treasury support and cashflow management and reporting
- Work on ad hoc duties as assigned by the department

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree with major in accounting/finance
- 1-2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role with exposure to A/R and A/P function.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and any accounting software. Knowledge in Navision software will be a plus
- Possess self-initiative and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- High work ethics, customer focused and sound interpersonal skills
