The Role**:Management Trainee **is a key member of our founding team, working with C suites, Partners and Founders, that helps to deliver our service offerings to our clients in a way that drives real disruption to the industry. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this member will help to actualize our strategic mission to provide a consistent, transparent and excellent experience for our clients in the most efficient way possible. Our current offerings include maintenance, authentication, secure storage and collateral loans (all accessible in one single app very soon).

**As Management Trainee, you will receive**
- Salary range of SGD$2500 to $2700 monthly.
- Performance bonuses of up to 3 months.
- Mentorship to succeed in managerial roles.

**As Management Trainee, you will**
- Receive and follow up with clients in person and across social networks.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and other reports while maintaining proper filing of these documents.
- Ensure we are properly tracking and updating job orders from our clients.
- Resolve matters promptly and professionally.
- Check, track and maintain inventory of watches from our clients.
- Foster an impeccable public image in person, perspective and place.
- Coordinate the efforts of our team members, suppliers and service providers so that we deliver on time (and on budget).
- Regularly collaborate with team members and managers to create the best experience for our clients that leads to long-standing, meaningful relationships.
- Monitor customer feedback and offer suggestions to improve.
- Understand the luxury watch market trends and stay up to date with the latest and greatest to ensure our service offerings at The Xcess remain relevant with what our clients need.
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks.

**As Management Trainee, you will require**
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Prior work experience in customer service.
- Passion and patience in helping clients solve their difficulties.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
- High risk tolerance and ability to keep calm in the face of challenge.
- Resilience to criticism, hardships and setbacks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, navigating websites and apps.
- Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram and maybe TikTok.
- Social media experience and search marketing are advantageous but not compulsory.
