Singapore MATRIX PROCESS AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. Full time

Coordinate and provide input at all stages of project completion for Site Building Management System, EMS and RMS Systems.
- Design, Installation to Commissioning and Handover to site user team.
- Engagement with Engineering design, OEM Vendor, System Integrator and QA/QC Teams to comprehend and understand the project requirements and to feedback any issues or potential improvements for the planning and delivery of site facilities projects.
- Develop protocols for Commissioning and Qualification of facilities and BMS as required.
- Preparation and execution of Commissioning and SAT protocols.
- Develop system impact assessments, protocols and reports that support the qualification and validation of systems.
- Reviewing and approving project documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to GMP.
- Ensuring safe operation of the system prior to and during start-up functional testing and Qualification phase.
- Installation Verification execution.
- System Start-up activities.
- Functional Testing of systems.
- Organize and review daily tasks/verifications and track the progress of the activities assigned.
- Regular communication and coordination with project stakeholders including client operations group to ensure client needs are met across H&S, quality, site commissioning, and handover - inclusive of client site representatives e.g., general
- and mechanical contractors, commissioning agents, controls contractor, etc
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Building Management systems and control systems.
- Strong background Siemens BMS experience (Apogee, Desigo CC etc)
- Experience in HVAC, facility and Utilities, CCTV, Fire and Gas System.
- Experience in the Designing and commissioning of BMS projects for GMP manufacturing site.
