Singapore MEASUREMENT & VERIFICATION PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job role and responsibilities**:

- To carry out schedule maintenance and attend breakdown service call for installed BMS System
- Perform routine check, system backups, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to BMS.
- Investigate, analyse and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
- To maintain good customer relationship and feedback whatever customer needs and comment to sales and management.
- To Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned or liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
- 24hrs Hotline technical support on assigned duty period. (1 week/month)

**Experience and skills we are looking for**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or relevant fields, Building Services or equivalent
- At least 2-4 years industry experience in BMS/PLC/SCADA
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills & Basic Programming skills on DDC/BMS.
- Knowledge on Mechanical/ ACMV/ Electrical is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently.
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
