**Responsibilities**:

- Work with specific niche skilled architects and business function leaders to ensure optimum solution design for each opportunity
- Collaborates with the appropriate individuals (Subject Matter Experts, System Architects, DBAs) to design and implement the appropriate data solution
- Lead Business Process reviews, including the composition of process flow and business process documentation, and the development of proposed “to be” models
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap for the group’s portfolio
- Support system troubleshooting and administration functions
- Developing the standardized approach and for ensuring the transformation within the business is performed to standard and is consistent with the approach
- Ensuring consistency in aspiration level between waves, while maintain a high bar for success
- Tracking and reporting implementation progress (including both performance and health metrics), and taking mediation steps as risk arise
- Helping structure the transformation program (e.g., pace of deployment, number of waves, staffing of change teams)
- Current, large scale project implementation experience required
- Offers insight based on complex customer engagements back into the Work Group & Discipline leads for consideration in further development of field enablement plans
- Enterprise and/or Business architecture credentials are highly valued
- Deep industry expertise on the business processes that do will create competitive advantage
- Ability to conduct visioning sessions with senior leaders to create a common view of the “art of the possible”
