**Job Purpose**:

- To co-ordinate, manage and support the daily synthetic flight functions and initiatives within the company, identifying new customer and business opportunities within Asia and International markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Instruct flight crew converting to Airbus aircraft on all operational and technical aspects for a specific type (or types) using Flight Training Devices, Fixed Base Simulators, Full Flight Simulators, lecture rooms, to ensure their capability to carry out safely and correctly all normal and emergency procedures required by Airworthiness authorities.
- Conduct theoretical training for type-rating courses, flight operations courses and aircraft performance.
- Adhere to policies and standardisation as required by Flight Development and Flight Standardization & Policy.
- Instruct the crews within the defined time limits.
- Evaluates the crews’ progression.
- Decides, if required, on the necessity to accord extra training to achieve the required level of proficiency and competence as defined in the training objectives.
- Participate in the review or development of training programme as assigned by HOT.
- Maintain a high level of airmanship to teach in a multicultural environment.
- Assist with flight training audits and FSTD fly-outs and qualifications.
- Any other duty as assigned by Head of Training / GM.

**Knowledge and experience**:

- Hold or have held a CPL License & Frozen ATPL (Air Transport Pilot License) or a Valid ATPL preferably on A320 or others is desirable
- Possess previous or current instructor/examiner experience is desirable
- With minimum 4000 hours total hours is desirable
- With minimum 1500 hours as PIC on Airbus A320 aircraft type(s) is desirable
- Preferably with aviation instructional experience
