Job Description

Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis- Collaborate with SEP Manager, SEP Instructors, and project stakeholders to understand learning objectives and gather content.- Perform training needs analysis to ensure the learning objectives are met.- Courseware Design and Development- Digitize SEP and DG training materials (e.g. PDF, PowerPoint Slides, etc.) to e-learning courses/modules by using industrial standard e-learning authoring tools.-
- Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses/modules, including quizzes, infographic and interactive activities to enhance learning experience.

Multimedia Design- Create, shoot, design and integrate multimedia elements such as animations, videos, photos/graphics, and audio into e-learning courses/modules.- Ensure all multimedia content is of high quality and supports the learning objectives

Quality Assurance- Gather feedback from project stakeholders and make necessary revisions to ensure content accuracy and quality.- Conduct thorough reviews and testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and the compatibility of e-learning courses/modules to Company’s LMS.

LMS Administration- Upload and manage e-learning courses/modules within Company’s LMS.- Troubleshoot LMS technical issues and response to learners’ feedback and comments promptly and appropriately.- Keep digitalized materials current and accessible for flight crew and cabin crew on Company’s LMS.- Support in the enrolling and tracking of learner progress on relevant LMS courses, generation and dissemination of completion reports to SEP Training Team.

Project Management- Manage e-learning projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.- Communicate regularly with SEP Manager, SEP instructors and project stakeholders by providing updates and addressing any issues.- Maintain organized documentation and records of all course development activities.

Requirements:
- Prior Experience as a Cabin Crew will be advantageous.- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems / Creating Multimedia Content.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
