Learning Technologist

This role will entail implementing and utilizing digital learning technologies, incorporating data analytics tools to interpret learner and usage data, managing and working with external software vendors. This role requires a strong understanding of educational technology and a proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in conceptualizing and creating technology-driven learning solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute actively to team projects evaluating educational technology- Ensure accurate and timely creation of Learning Activity Management System (LAMS) sequences for Team-Based Learning (TBL) sessions-
- Collaborate with vendors to assess feasibility and effort for enhancement requests- Lead, execute, and evaluate digital learning projects, ensuring timely implementation and goal achievement- Conduct thorough User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to align functionality with user needs- Collaborate with content experts to create high-quality educational videos and digital content- Stay updated and explore new technologies, emerging trends and innovations in digital learning and education technology, pedagogical approaches, and best practices for organizational improvement- Collaborate within the team to provide support for platforms and software as needed

**Requirements**:
- Relevant diploma in IT or related discipline and equivalent in Educational Technology or a related field in Education or Training, Bachelor’s degree preferred- Proven experience in educational technology, software development, or a related area- Experience working with educators and education departments is preferred- Experience in planning, implementing, and assessing the effective use of technology in learning environments- Strong organisational and project management skills- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for process improvement- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational software- Knowledge of IT Service Management Framework and processes- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
