Learning Technologist

This role will entail implementing and utilising digital learning technologies, incorporating data analytics tools to interpret learner and usage data, managing and working with external software vendors. This role requires a strong understanding of educational technology and a proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in conceptualising and creating technology-driven learning solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
- User Journey Mapping and Educational Technology Evaluation- Ensure accurate and timely creation of Learning Activity Management System (LAMS) sequences for Team-Based Learning (TBL) sessions-
- Vendor Collaboration and Enhancement Prioritization- Digital Learning Project Management and Quality Assurance- Collaborate with content experts to create high-quality educational videos and digital content- Explore new technologies, pedagogical approaches, and best practices for organizational improvement

**Requirements**:
- Relevant diploma in IT or related discipline and equivalent in Educational Technology or a related field in Education or Training, Bachelor’s degree preferred.- Proven experience in educational technology, software development, or a related area.- Experience working with educators and education departments is preferred.- Experience in planning, implementing, and assessing the effective use of technology in learning environments.- Strong organisational and project management skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for process improvement.- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational software.- Knowledge of IT Service Management Framework and processes.- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

This is a 3 years contract appointment.
