**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**:Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter.
- **Order Taking & Serving**:Accurately take orders and serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- **Menu Knowledge**:Have a thorough understanding of our menu, including specials and promotions, to provide guests with recommendations and answer any questions they may have.
- **Table Management**:Ensure tables are clean, properly set up, and ready for new guests. Assist in resetting tables quickly to accommodate a continuous flow of diners.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service and address any issues promptly.
- **Guest Satisfaction**:Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- **Cleanliness & Hygiene**:Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- **Upselling**:Identify opportunities to upsell additional menu items, enhancing the dining experience while contributing to sales targets.
- **Team Spirit**:Foster a positive and supportive work environment, contributing to team morale and cooperation.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in western food.
- Willingness to learn and work hard.
- Ability to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, including straight shifts and split shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
