**On a given day, you will**:

- Lead complex trading analysis projects that shape our product development and risk management strategies
- Monitor and analyse market trends, identifying opportunities to optimise our trading conditions and liquidity
- Develop and implement sophisticated risk management frameworks that protect our operations while maximising growth
- Utilise AI tools to streamline reporting, risk analysis and the evaluation of market trends
- Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve intricate trading challenges and ensure seamless product launches
- Build and maintain relationships with key liquidity providers to secure optimal trading conditions
- Create innovative solutions to complex trading problems, often under time-sensitive conditions
- Present data-driven recommendations to senior management that influence strategic decisions

**We would love to work with you if you**:

- Hold a university degree in mathematics, finance, or a related field
- Possess strong data analysis skills and proficiency in SQL
- Have demonstrated experience in backtesting analysis and deep knowledge of financial markets
- Can develop and implement risk management frameworks and SOPs
- Communicate confidently with diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies
