The position is part of the Pall Singapore Operations team and will be located in Benoi, Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Carry out production activities and ensure that all required specifications are met and adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S; Operate machines/equipment and ensure all materials are readily available
- Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of SOP, work instruction and relevant documentation in partnership with cross-functional teams; Support improvement efforts and appropriate duties as assigned
- Work in a team environment with shift members, supervisor, and cross-functional teams on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary/minor machines or equipment troubleshooting, manufacturing associate OJT and other assigned projects

The essential requirements of the job include:

- Minimum high school graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Train and guide operators to meet daily production output, and escalate line issues and quality.
- Flexible working in rotating shifts at the chemical dispensing room and occasional lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 20kg in the white room area with the help of various equipments provided.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Familiarity with Microsoft software and SAP/other ERP experience (specifically in a manufacturing environment)
- Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operations and chemical process
