We are the backbone for reporting across the bank, satisfying our regulatory commitments, enabling our businesses to be nimbler and helping to safeguard customer assets through highly effective controls. **Apps Dev Technical Specialist** **Responsibilities**: - Work with architects and create high level / low level design - Develop high-quality code and ensure it adheres to the overall architecture blueprint - Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation - Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability - Partner with Treasury, Finance, Operations and Technology teams for solution planning and integration - Identify and analyze issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions - Provide continuous improvement through identifying best practices in technology products / processes / systems - Provide leadership and guidance to team members. - Ability to push an agenda in a matrix environment through influencing and collaboration - Lead, track and drive the progress of the deliverables - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path **Qualifications**: - Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science - 12+ years of total experience with background in Information Technology - Experience in Funds Transfer Pricing Functionalities is a **must**: - Hands on experience in Bigdata technologies (Hadoop, Java Spark, Hive) and Web services, Microservices, Oracle, Openshift, Java and UNIX shell scripting is a **must**: - Experience in Agile methodology is a **must**: - Experience in Streams processing using Kafka and RabbitMQ - Experience in CyberArk, Autosys, SFTP, NDM, AppDynamics, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Jenkins, RLM (Release Lifecycle Management tool), Junit, Selenium - Experience in Tableau and Inquiry Framework reporting tools - Experience across a wide range of Application-Development Tech Stack - Extensive experience in system analysis and development - Well versed in SDLC life cycle and project management documentations - Need to be self-driven, enthusiastic, quick learner, and have a problem-solving attitude with strong analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure - Very Confident, innovative, self-motivated, aggressive and results oriented - Fluent in written and spoken English **About Citi** Citi, the leading global bank, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 160 countries and jurisdictions.
