**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead Projects**:Collaborate with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle—from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- **Configure & Implement Solutions**:Tailor Workday Adaptive Planning (WAP) solutions to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**:Work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive, impactful solutions.
- **Provide Training & Support**:Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to help clients get the most out of WAP.
- **Stay Ahead**:Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in financial planning to bring innovative solutions to our clients.

**Who You Are**:

- **Aspiring or Experienced Consultant**:At least 4 years of experience in financial systems implementation, consulting, or a related field. Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools is a plus.
- **Skilled and Analytical**:Strong foundation in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights. Proficient in Excel and experienced in data modeling and analysis.
- **Communicator & Collaborator**:Confident in engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and leading discussions. Able to juggle multiple projects and work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- **Detail-Oriented & Independent**:Committed to delivering high-quality work with great attention to detail. Able to work independently while managing competing priorities.
- **Diploma or Degree**in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields; _certification in Workday Adaptive Planning is a bonus.**What Success Looks Like**:
