**Workday Adaptive Planning Architect**:
We are seeking an experienced **Workday Adaptive Planning Architect**to join our client in Singapore. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and architecture of Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Develop and optimize models, dashboards, and reports to enhance planning and forecasting processes.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on Workday Adaptive Planning capabilities.
- Stay updated with Workday product updates and incorporate new features into client solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Proficiency in creating complex models and reports in Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Holds an active **Workday Certification**(Adaptive preferred; Financials is a plus).
- Proven track record of leading **medium to large-scale Adaptive Planning**(or similar) implementation projects.
- Extensive experience with **Adaptive Planning**in both development and administrative roles.
- Proficient in **automation and integration**of Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Deep understanding of **FP&A processes and activities**.
- Demonstrated **team management**skills, including mentoring, delegating, coaching, and reviewing work.
- Experienced in **pre-sales activities**, including proposal development, presentations, and delivering impactful demos.
