- **JOB PURPOSE**
- Support the Division of Surgery in the planning and setup activities leading to operational readiness and licensing of the respective facilities (Day Surgery and Major Operating Theatres, Endoscopy Centre, CSSD, Surgical Skills Lab and Intensive Care Unit)
- **MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**_Specific_**
- Work with manager and key stakeholders to support the activities in the following key areas:

- Planning
- Workflows, review and development of workflows, Standard operating procedures, Work instructions and Business continuity plans (BCP) for the efficient running of services and good patient experience
- Development of scenarios and drills and resource planning for hospital-wide table-top exercises and Full-dress rehearsals
- Procurement
- Administrative and secretariat support for purchase related activities for medical and non-medical equipment including hospital wide standardisation of equipment and workflows, management of funds, procurement, evaluation and award
- Clinical Operations
- Support of Clinical department in the service development for approved LMCs through analysis of service needs
- Data collection and analysis to support justification and utilization studies
- Setup work for Go-Live
- Coordination work related to infrastructure and system readiness
- Coordination of manpower readiness for Ancillary staff including training and orientation
- Inventory building and management for equipment, supplies and consumables including support of key delivery activities for opening
- Project management
- Management of timelines to ensure timely follow-up and closure of key action items
- Logistics and meeting arrangements

**_General_**
- Where directed by Head or Director, Clinical Operations, to support in other WHC-related projects and tasks.
- **JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**_Education / Training / Experience_**
- University Degree
- Some related experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an operations or service background for Executive
- At least 3-4 years of related experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an operations or service background for Senior Executive
- Healthcare experience is a bonus

- Manage relationships (internal and external), especially with clinicians.

- Communicate effectively
- Negotiate effectively
