About the Role :
We're looking for a reliable and hands-on team player to join us as a Surgical Support & Logistics Assistant. In this role, you'll support our doctors in the operating theatre by helping to prepare and manage medical equipment during procedures. When there are no surgeries, you'll help with simple administrative tasks like delivering invoices to clinics.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a clinical environment, is organised, and doesn't mind being on the move when needed.
Responsibilities:
In the Operating Theatre :
Support doctors and theatre staff with medical equipment during surgeries.
Prepare and check that all required equipment is clean, working, and ready to use.
Assist during procedures when needed (non-clinical support).
Coordinate with the team if any equipment needs maintenance or servicing.
Outside the Theatre :
Deliver invoices and documents to clinics accurately and on time.
Help with basic admin and logistics tasks when surgeries are not scheduled.
Keep simple records related to equipment use and deliveries.
What We're Looking For :
Someone who is responsible, punctual, and has good communicative & interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a clinical or surgical setting (training will be provided).
Able to multitask and stay organised.
Proficient in English & Chinese
Able to work 5.5 days
Minimum commitment of 1 year
Flexible timings (cases might be last minute)
