**Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with FM team on maintenance scheduling and operation(s).
- Assistance to the site team for daily maintenance or any scopes
- Responsible for the efficient performance of the technicians/vendors in charge of the zones Infrastructure works and other supporting services where applicable within the team.
- Monitor the timely submission of reports to clients when necessary.
- Co-ordinate ad-hoc works and ensure routine works are administered on site.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 Years’ relevant Facility Management Experience
- Relevant degree or Diploma holder in Architecture or Engineering or Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with interest in Building and Facilities management services.
- Good communication skills to engage users, FMs and clients effectively.
- Pro-active and also work as a team player since coordination works are required.
- Good soft-skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and good writing skills.
