Customer Success Manager, Apac, Ortho

**Position Summary**:
As the **Ortho Customer Success Manager, APAC** you will be an important and influential member of the Straumann APAC regional Ortho team. The position holder provides both management focus for developing and driving Straumann Group’s ClearCorrect and orthodontic business in the region, as well as closely supporting and relating to customer facing colleagues in the local subsidiaries. This position further coordinates and networks closely with all relevant internal stakeholders: esp. marketing and clinical support in APAC sales entities, as well as key customers and partners.
**Critical Strategic Objectives**:
- Develop, articulate, and maintain long term strategy including capabilities, portfolio support and growth ambition. Help to integrate this strategy into the overall company strategy.
- Responsible for the developing/supporting short to medium term strategies in line with for the function and translating these into actionable tactics and plans for the teams.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, commercial and clinical partners, and support functions across the Straumann global environment.
- Build strategic relationships with key clients and other internal and external stakeholders through regular, proactive, and ongoing communication.
- Manage and drive all aspects of the marketing process, go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition and patient communication for Ortho within APAC.
- Engage and collaborate with the country-based Ortho functions and develop/implement activities jointly with them.
- Support the development and implementation of go-to-market/launch plans for new countries and products.
- Support identifying and capturing new sales opportunities and sales approaches.
- Provide input and strategic guidance for Ortho patient communication and patient acquisition tools and the development of value-adding services to our customers.
- Develop new treatment strategies, options, and protocols for APAC specific needs.
