**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Role Description**:
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Delivery, RFID Technologies, Training & Customer Support. This position interfaces with the external customers and the internal team of engineers and engineering interns.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
1) To perform robotics functional test and debug robot issues on site.
2) To perform robot technical support work on site.
3) Robot monitoring and reporting.
4) To perform site survey and provide site configuration for robot operation.
**Competencies**:
Learn to perform robot deployment on-site, trouble shooting on-site, robot mapping on-site, robotics optimization on-site and robot monitoring and reporting.
**Duration of Traineeship / Attachment**:
6 months.
**Approved Training Allowance**:
- Fresh Graduates - $2500 per month
- Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2600 per month
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3400 per month
**Education Qualifications**:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature).
Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
