**Job Summary**

ResMed changes lives by developing, manufacturing and distributing innovative medical devices and cloud-based software solution to better diagnose, treat, and manage sleep-disordered breathing, COPD, and other key chronic diseases. As we continue our digital transformation, our Supply Chain team is evolving to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

We are looking for a Lead, Business Analysis - Supply Chain Planning to drive strategic transformation initiatives within our Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team. This role serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, delivering cutting-edge solutions to optimize our end-to-end Supply Chain Planning capabilities.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead business analysis efforts**for Supply Chain Planning initiatives, identifying technology solutions that improve **demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.**
- **Collaborate with stakeholders**across Supply Chain and Planning, engaging in discussions to define business problems and use cases.
- **Participate in the development of the domain technology strategy**and detailed discovery analysis, evaluating and driving technology recommendations that best support the objectives of the business unit.
- **Analyze and document business processes**, gathering requirements for solution development.
- **Define and prioritize user stories**, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
- **Support the delivery of technology solutions**, ensuring they are effectively implemented and provide real business value.
- **Drive continuous improvemen**t, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of Supply Chain technology trends to identify future opportunities that align with the overall Supply Chain and ResMed strategy.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven ability to solve unique and complex problems with broad business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile experience, with proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience with **Advanced Planning Solutions**(e.g., o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
- Knowledge of **Manufacturing Execution Systems**and data analytics platforms.
- **Vendor and technology integration partner management experience.**
