Supply Chain Manager, Business Continuity Planning A MNC which is a major supplier to Semiconductor industry with good working culture is hiring for a Supply Chain, Business Continuity Manager. Responsibilities Be proactive in identifying and assessing potential key risks across the global supply chain which include suppliers, manufacturing operations, outsourced partners, and etc. Perform risk mitigation by working with functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor risk mitigation and contingency plans. Develop and conduct simulation exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans. Assess manufacturing and supply chain possible redundancy to secure continuity of supply during disruptions. Establish and maintain criteria for identifying and prioritizing redundancy plans. Drive prioritization of investments and initiatives that could strengthen BCP program and overall supply chain resilience. Oversee the risk notification process, ensuring timely and accurate communication of potential or actual disruptions. Render support to customer audits and inquiries relating to business continuity and risk management practices. Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to align and integrate BCP strategies across the supply chain. Provide support to the Corporate Enterprise Risk Management process by providing supply chain risk insights and contribute to enterprise-level risk assessments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Over 7 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or risk management, with at least 3 years in a leadership in BCP-focused role. Solid experience with supply chain operations, risk management frameworks, and business continuity planning. Good experience with supply chain risk assessment tools and methodologies. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems). Familiar with regulatory and customer requirements related to supply chain continuity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
