Photography & Social Media Executive

**About Job Position**:
As our Photography & Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for capturing and curating high-quality visual content that embodies the ATLAS brand. From photographing signature cocktails and afternoon teas to creating engaging short-form videos, your work will help shape our presence both online and in the media.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media (Instagram/Facebook)**
- Plan, manage and produce the monthly content calendar across key campaigns and F&B updates
- Craft engaging captions and written content that reflect ATLAS’s distinct tone of voice
- Manage daily posting, story reposts, and guest enquiries on Instagram
- Engage with the wider bar and hospitality community on behalf of ATLAS — liking, commenting, and building relationships with peers, and guest bartenders
- Coordinate with internal teams for content needs and approvalsTrack performance and engagement to inform future content strategy

**Digital Content**
- Assist in execution and management on various platforms including social media, website, blogs and newsletters
- Manage UX and the functionality of the ATLAS website, assist in creating dedicated pages.
- Plan, draft, and schedule newsletter content aligned with marketing campaigns and brand messaging
- Handle updates to the ATLAS Shopify platform, including product descriptions, blackout dates, seasonal product updates and general webpage maintenance

**Communications**
- Assist with all guest-facing communications, including newsletters, social media captions, and
- in-venue messaging
- Support internal communications such as team announcements, event updates, and
- operational notices
- Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, and alignment with the ATLAS brand across all channels

**Photography & Videography**

Provide professional, edited photos for all of ATLAS's photography needs, including, but not limited to:

- Drinking Menu
- Dining Menu
- Afternoon Tea
- Coffee
- Cocktails
- Wine and Champagne
- ATLAS team
- ATLAS sponsored events, when required
- Gin and Champagne Collection
- ATLAS interior/architecture
- Press releases or other PR purposes
- Ad hoc photography projects
- Capture and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and Stories

**General Requirements**
- Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills are essential
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, photography, and social media management
- Strong time management and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail, both visual and editorial
- Ad hoc graphic design work as required

- Website design / editing experience
- E-commerce experience
