As a Demand Planner for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for generating unconstrained demand plan and finished goods rationalization in close coordination with relevant functions. Reporting to Regional Sales Operation Manager, you will be measuring, reporting and driving improvement of demand planning accuracy. This position is based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining rolling 18-24 months unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products
- Supports sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with consolidation of the worldwide demand plan
- Working with customer base to determine weekly inbound forecast and develop consumption models to improve accuracy
- Partnering with sales, projects, finance, product management and internal customers to develop best practices for rolling 18-24 months forecast (e.g. implement appropriate forecasting technique, identify macro-economic factors, review trends and monitor mix shifts amongst product family options, understand changes in demand drivers etc.) thereby improving forecast accuracy
- Working with product management team to coordinate new product launches, phase outs and platform changes etc. and incorporate them into the demand plan
- Monitoring finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommending SKU rationalization initiatives and feeds them into the inventory check book (ICBK)
- Reviewing and improving forecast accuracy both at the aggregate and the individual product level by identifying key root causes for forecast errors and implements initiatives to improve future forecast accuracy

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/supply chain management
- Higher than two-years’ experience in demand planning roles
- Good knowledge in SAP competence, Excel, Power point, office
- Strong collaboration with product management, material planning, sales
- Good to have Anaplan, forecasting techniques
- Ability in consolidating data for clear support in decision-making
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
